Email Notifications
Control which automated emails the system sends. Turning off a rule suppresses it globally — no emails of that type will be sent until you re-enable it.
Town Clerk intake
Automatically email the Town Clerk a magic-link intake packet when a new application is submitted.
Payment request
Automatically email the applicant a payment request link when their application is received.
Applicant status updates
Email the applicant whenever their case moves to a new status (can also be toggled per case).
Department head notifications
Email the Town Administrator, Fire Chief, Police Chief, and Building Inspector when a new application is submitted.
